The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd. invites sealed bids for miscellaneous works of foot path with bus stops at Triangular Park located on Inner Circular Road in Model Town, Lahore, Punjab. This is a single stage single envelope bidding procedure open to contracting firms having valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The procurement encompasses the complete design, supply, and construction of pedestrian pathways and bus stop facilities at the specified location, enhancing public infrastructure and transportation amenities in the Model Town area.
Eligible bidders must possess valid enlistment with Model Town Society to participate in this tender. Interested contractors are required to obtain detailed tender documents from the office of the Civil Engineer, Model Town Society, during regular working hours by submitting a written request addressed to the undersigned. All clarifications regarding the tender specifications and requirements should be sought from the Civil Engineer's office during business hours to ensure compliance with project standards and expectations.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 1:00 P.M. on 21-07-2026. Bids received after the deadline, or those that are ambiguous or incomplete, will not be entertained. The submitted bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to formal acceptance.
