Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids for the supply of 25 inch diameter Reinforced Plastic Composite (RPC) manhole covers with 26 inch diameter rings for Model Town Society in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is open to contracting firms with valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The bidding will be conducted under a single stage single envelope procedure, with sealed bids to be submitted before 1:00 PM on 21 July 2026. Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized bidder representatives.
Eligible bidders must hold valid enlistment with Model Town Society to participate in this tender. All bids must be complete, unambiguous, and submitted on time. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to bid acceptance.
Detailed tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned. Interested bidders may seek any clarification from the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours. Bids must be delivered to the specified address with all required documentation to be eligible for evaluation.
