District Council Mianwali invites sealed electronic bids from registered contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers for execution of three infrastructure works under the Punjab e-Procurement System. The projects include construction of an over head reservoir in the Municipal Committee Office at Isakhel with an estimated cost of Rs 15.60 million, provision and installation of a Cardon shaft motor system at Harnoli disposal station with an estimated cost of Rs 10.50 million, and construction of a main sewer line from Main Gernally Road via Khwaj Umer Chowk to the Municipal Committee office in Kundian with an estimated cost of Rs 32.78 million. All three works are located within Mianwali District, Punjab, and fall under the purview of municipal and sanitation infrastructure development.
Contractors must be registered with relevant category FBR, PRA (NTN and PSTN) and PPRA for e-Procurement with the Government of Punjab. Bid security of five percent of the estimated project cost is required from all participating bidders and must be submitted online through the PSID portal of the contractor. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and the procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to award. Bidders must quote unit rates both in numerals and words against each item in the prescribed price schedule; rates submitted in any other form shall be rejected.
All bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement Systems portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk as per the schedule: e-bids submission closes on 8 October 2026 at 1:00 PM and opening takes place on the same date at 1:30 PM. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure will be adopted using file uploads on ePADS. Bidders must ensure all required forms and tables from the bidding documents are completed and attached before submission.
