Description / Scope of Work
The Special Branch, Sahiwal Region of the Police Department, Government of Punjab invites electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items and services on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated cost of this tender is Rs. 9.27 million, encompassing various goods and services including hot and cold weather charges, lubricants, stationery, printing and publication materials, computer stationery, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture and fixtures repair, and hardware and equipment across multiple head of accounts. This comprehensive procurement covers essential operational requirements for the Sahiwal police region and is open to registered firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized agents engaged in relevant trading activities with proper tax registration.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with relevant Revenue Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax). All bids must include original bid security equivalent to 3 percent of the estimated cost as per PPRA rules 2014, submitted in the form of a CDR/bank guarantee drawn on a scheduled bank in favour of Special Branch, Sahiwal Region before the e-bid submission deadline. Upon acceptance, successful bidders are required to deposit a performance guarantee of 5 percent of the total contract value. The tendering process follows the PPRA Single Stage Two Envelope system with technical and financial bids to be submitted together.
E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA) at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/eVendTender.aspx before the deadline of 22 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding documents are available for download on the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System website. Late submissions will not be accepted, and the bid validity period extends until 30 June 2027.
