Pakistan Housing Authority (PHATA) invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the Area Development Scheme in Dunyapur, Punjab under administrative approval issued by the Director General PHATA vide reference DG-PHATA/W-I-2019/310 dated 26 March 2026. The project encompasses comprehensive road works including dismantling and removal of existing road pavement, transportation and compaction of earthwork, provision of road edging, laying of sub-base and base courses of crushed stone aggregate, bituminous priming and carpet laying, installation of cat eyes and traffic lane markings, as well as construction of staff quarters with water supply systems. The estimated project cost is Rs. 582,504,765 with a contract period of one year. The scope includes detailed civil works across multiple sub-heads covering road infrastructure rehabilitation and associated utilities development in the Dunyapur area.
Bid documents are available from Pakistan Housing Authority Head Office in Lahore. Bidders must possess valid business registration, GST certificate, and relevant technical qualifications. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 29,125,238 and Performance Security Total (PST) of Rs. 29,125,238 are required as per procurement regulations. Only technically qualified contractors with proven experience in similar road and building works shall be eligible to participate. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressing the Chief Engineer PHATA Head Quarter, Lahore with clear marking of the tender reference number.
Bid submission deadline is 20 July 2026 with opening scheduled thereafter. Interested bidders should contact PHATA Head Office Lahore for detailed bid documents and technical specifications. The tender was technically sanctioned by the Chief Engineer PHATA H.Q. Lahore. Complete bill of quantities, design drawings, and tender conditions are available with the issuing authority.
