Description / Scope of Work
The Purchase Department of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision and installation of spare parts for a 30-bed mortuary facility installed at PIMS Hospital. This procurement is for a one-year contract period under FY 2026-27 allocation, utilizing funds reserved for planned procurement activities. The project is located in Islamabad, Sector G-8/3, and encompasses the supply and installation of all necessary spare parts required for the mortuary system's operation and maintenance throughout the contract term.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and possess relevant experience in supplying mortuary equipment spare parts. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as per the format provided in the bidding documents. The procurement will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable regulations issued by the relevant authority.
