Description / Scope of Work
This is a supply order notice issued by the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan Health Services, Food Safety and Halal Certification Department for the procurement of essential medical and office equipment for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated value of items being procured is 300,000 Pakistani Rupees, comprising five line items: medical stationery supplies (100,000 PKR), First Aid boxes with assorted contents (50,000 PKR), printers and copiers (50,000 PKR), photocopiers (50,000 PKR), and other First Aid supplies (50,000 PKR). The procurement is conducted under the Gilgit-Baltistan Public Procurement Rules and serves the administrative and medical requirements of government health institutions in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Bidders are required to ensure they are registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid business registration certificates. Bid security (earnest money) is to be deposited as specified in the tender documents. All bids must comply with the prescribed format and include all required supporting documentation. Vendors must demonstrate their capacity to supply quality items within the specified timeframe and meet all statutory obligations as outlined in the procurement guidelines.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of LG&RD Gilgit-Baltistan during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by 27 July 2026 at 11:30 hours to the specified office, with opening scheduled the same day. The bid submission includes a supply order requirement with One NIT covering 10 items, 1 NIT at 1,000 PKR and 5 F2 items at 500 PKR each.
