Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority invites bids for the provision of agricultural demonstration services on farmer's fields for the financial year 2026-27 under National Competitive Bidding procedures in Sindh province, Pakistan. This procurement seeks qualified service providers to deliver hands-on agricultural demonstrations that will enhance farmer knowledge and adoption of improved agricultural practices and technologies in the region. The scope encompasses planning, execution, and documentation of field demonstrations across designated farmer sites in Sindh.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and must possess valid business registration and tax documentation as required under Pakistani procurement regulations. Interested bidders are required to submit bid security and earnest money deposits as specified in the bid data sheet. All bids must comply with the qualification criteria outlined in the bidding documents, including experience in agricultural extension and demonstration activities.
Bidding documents are available through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bids must be submitted on or before the closing date of July 22, 2026, in accordance with the submission procedures detailed in the instructions to bidders.
