For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This tender seeks service providers for agricultural labour operations including citrus and high-value crop propagation, groundnut processing, and seed handling under a government ADP research project.
The estimated value of PKR 4.95 million represents a medium-scale contract with a 10-day mobilization deadline following work order issuance. Bidders must be tax-registered and ATL-listed; the short delivery window and specific agricultural expertise requirements narrow the eligible contractor pool significantly.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold FBR Income and Sales Tax registration, Provincial Revenue Authority registration certificate, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Firms must be registered with relevant authorities. No PEC categorization applies as this is a services contract. Typically, such agricultural services may also require proof of relevant experience or technical capacity.
