Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Trade & Operations (MTO) on behalf of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under the Electronic Procurement and Auction System (E-PADS) for the supply of various medical equipment, laboratory machinery, and healthcare devices. This tender encompasses 14 distinct line items including Revo-DC instruments, UPS systems, dental equipment, laboratory freezers, autoclave machines, and specialized medical devices with delivery schedules spanning from 2008 through 2026. The estimated tender value exceeds 12,000 Pakistani Rupees with a focus on healthcare infrastructure development across KPK province. The scope includes procurement of items from reputable manufacturers with quantities and specifications as detailed in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) certificates along with relevant Sales Tax Registration (SRO 1042(I)). Bidders are required to submit documentary evidence of business registration, financial solvency, and prior experience in supply of similar equipment. Submission of Bid Security in accordance with KPPRA rules is mandatory. All technical and financial bids must comply with specifications detailed in the tender documentation and tender conditions.
Bid documents may be obtained from the E-PADS portal during the specified tender period. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system with closing date of 27 July 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Technical evaluation will be conducted as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
