Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi, a premier teaching hospital in Sindh province, invites electronic bids through the ePADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System) for the procurement of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued under Rule No.46 (2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2010 (SPPRA 2010) as amended, following the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The estimated cost of tender documentation is Rs 10,000 with a tender value of Rs 40 million. This procurement encompasses comprehensive janitorial and housekeeping services required for the efficient operation and maintenance of the medical centre's facilities located in Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List and must possess relevant experience and technical capability in providing janitorial services to large institutional facilities. Bidders are required to register themselves on the ePADS system at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/supplier/registration for submission of bids. Bid security equivalent to 2.5 percent of the tender value in the form of a pay order or bank draft in a sealed envelope must accompany the tender submission.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be purchased from the Cashier at the Accounts Section, JPMC Karachi, from 08-07-2026 to 24-07-2026 between 10:30 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS only by 24-07-2026 at 10:30 A.M. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the Committee Room, Administration Block, JED Office, JPMC, Karachi.
