Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-North Region, Central Zone, invites sealed bids from eligible companies and firms for the provision of janitorial services at its regional office building located in Lahore. This procurement is being undertaken through a single-stage, two-envelope bidding method. The successful bidder will be responsible for comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services at the NHA office premises situated at Shahpur Interchange, Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a postal order or call deposit receipt payable to National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit).
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue's Income Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List, as well as registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules. Bidders submitting unsubstantiated or incorrect information will face disqualification and potential legal action. Any firm with a history of default will not be considered eligible for this tender.

The NHA strongly advises all firms to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as manual hard copy bids will be eliminated in future procurements.
