Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Directorate of Food, Larkana Region invites sealed bids from all interested and registered bidders for the transportation of wheat stocks during the crop year 2025-26, up to the period 28.02.2027. This tender is issued under the Sindh I-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) following a two-envelope procedure. The scope covers transportation of wheat from various union councils and PRCs located in Larkana, Kamber, and Jacobabad districts to different storage facilities within these districts. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) along with a non-refundable bid security of Rs.5,000 per tender form in the form of a call deposit or pay order in favour of the Deputy Director Food Larkana Region. The bid security for unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded, while that of the successful bidder shall be retained as performance security.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for income tax, sales tax, and services tax, and must maintain active taxpayer status with both authorities. Bids shall remain valid for ninety days from the date of bid opening. The successful bidders must be prepared to pay all applicable taxes including income tax, sales tax, stamp duty, and other statutory levies at the time of payment. Incomplete tender schedules or insufficient bid security submissions shall result in automatic rejection of the bid.
The bid submission deadline is 27.07.2026 at 12.00 Noon, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12.30 PM. All original bid security and tender fee documents must reach the office of the Deputy Director Food Larkana, located at the 2nd Floor of the Commissioner Building, Larkana, before the submission deadline.
