Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre Trust, a leading oncology healthcare institution in Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids for the lease of two residential plots bearing KDA Nos. 2202 and 2203 situated in Sector E-2 of Karachi, in the province of Sindh. The tender reference is KDA 2202/2203-E2 with a reserve price of Rs. 1140 per square foot per annum. This procurement is open to pre-qualified and eligible bidders seeking long-term leasehold opportunities in one of Karachi's prime residential sectors. The leased property will be utilized by the successful bidder in accordance with KDA regulations and local zoning laws.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and hold valid National Tax Numbers. Bidders must provide certified copies of CNIC or company registration documents, along with proof of financial capability. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 is mandatory for participation.
