Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecom Authority invites e-bids for the hiring of janitorial services for PTA Zonal Office Karachi through EPADS 2.0 from eligible bidders under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procurement method. The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and subsequent amendments. Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the PTA Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque or Call Deposit at first demand. Bids must be submitted in full compliance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents. Bidders not yet registered on EPADS 2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The Governance Redressal Committee (GRC) is available for grievance resolution and can be contacted via email at grc.grievances.procurement@pta.gov.pk.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before Friday, 24 July 2026 at 12.00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12.30 PM. Manual submission of bids is not permitted.
