Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of two key items: Cardiac Stent Machines for Research and Development, and Pharma Research and Development Equipment. The institute is a premier medical sciences facility located in Gambat, Sindh province, conducting critical research and development activities. The tender is issued under standard government procurement rules and procedures, with bidding documents available for download from the EPADS portal at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS system to submit electronic bids and access detailed terms and conditions including specifications and scope of work.
Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid GST/SST registration as applicable for their respective categories. All bids must include mandatory bid security equivalent to one percent (1%) of the total bid value in the form of a Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee payable to Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat. The bid security requirement applies to both tender items: Cardiac Stent Machines (1% security) and Pharma Research Equipment (1% security). Only electronic submissions through EPADS will be accepted; manual bids are not permitted. All electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 23 July 2026 at 12:30 p.m., with the original instrument of tender fee (Rs. 3,000, non-refundable) and security documentation reaching the procuring agency before the e-bid submission deadline. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 12:30 p.m. at Green Hall, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat. The institute reserves the right to reject any bids under provisions of the SPP Rules 2010.
