Description / Scope of Work
Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids from reputable and registered bidders for the purchase of different medical equipment for various departments under PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's E-Procurement System (EPADS) portal to ensure transparency and fair competition. Bid security of two percent of the estimated bid value is required. The complete bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions shall be made available online on the EPADS website at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website.
All interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible for participation in this procurement. Bidders must upload their bids along with all requisite documents, including bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee amounting to two percent of the estimated bid value in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore. Two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted as per PPRA guidelines. Original bid security must be submitted in the Purchase Cell on or before the specified submission date and time. Current PPRA rules and amendments shall be strictly enforced, and any violations may result in bid rejection.
Bids will be opened in the Conference Room, MCH Block, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore on the date and time specified in the tender notice. E-bids must be submitted on the E-Procurement System (EPADS) on the advertised date and time with proper index and checklist. The scanned copy of the original bid security shall be attached in the technical bid submitted on EPADS. For further information, bidders may consult the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. All taxes shall be applicable as per Government of Punjab rules.
