Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on single stage one envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36 for rehabilitation and improvement of five major road projects in Islamabad, Sindh. The projects include rehabilitation of Srinagar Highway from Convention Center to N-5 Bridge (26 Number Chung), rehabilitation of Islamabad Highway from Faisal Masjid to T Chowk, rehabilitation of Jinnah Avenue from D Chowk to F-11 Markaz, uplift improvement of Khayaban-e-Suharwardy Road Serena to Zain Point, and rehabilitation of Murree Road from Fazahad to Serena Interchange. The estimated contract value ranges from Rs 54,281.78 million to Rs 1,984,128.82 million. All bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories CE-01 and CE-10 for the year 2026-27 and must demonstrate their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit bids with bid security in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement and Contracts), CDA. Electronic technical bids will be opened using EPADS on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives. Manual bids will not be entertained.
