The Office of the Assistant Director for Local Government and Rural Development, District Tank in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for the provision of water supply and sanitation infrastructure under project 240244 for Phase-I works across Hazara and Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible contractors must hold valid PEC and KPPRA registration as active taxpayers for the current financial year and provide relevant Pakistan Engineering Council codes for these works. Bid documents are available for download from the official ePADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk and the KPPRA portal at www.kppra.gov.pk. Prospective bidders must register on ePADS to obtain unique credentials. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes through ePADS before 12:30 PM on 10th September 2026. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Opening of financial bids is scheduled after approval of technical proposals. Online clarification deadline is 05:00 PM on 02 September 2026. All bids remain valid for 90 days from closing date.
