Description / Scope of Work
Orient Petroleum Inc. (OPI), on behalf of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan, invites tenders for crude oil transportation services from its Dharmal Oilfield located at Tehsil Fateh Jang, District Attock to Attock Refinery Limited in Morgah, Rawalpindi. The contract covers transportation of approximately 50 to 400 barrels of crude oil per day in compliance with health, safety and environment guidelines. The selected contractor will be responsible for operating a fleet of tankers to maintain consistent daily delivery volumes to the refinery over the contract period. This is a three-year contract with potential extension, representing a significant logistics requirement for petroleum product movement in Sindh province.
Eligible companies, firms and transporters must demonstrate ownership of an adequate number of tankers suitable for crude oil transport, possess a minimum of five years of verified experience in similar transportation work, hold a valid National Tax Number, maintain sound financial standings, and must not be blacklisted by any Government or autonomous body. Interested bidders should collect bid documents from the OPI office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, or request documents through their authorized representative by submitting a written request or via email at adeel.masood@orientpetroleum.com.
Bids must be submitted to the undersigned no later than 1100 hours on 26-07-2026, valid for 90 days from the bid closing date, and will be opened publicly at the Company's premises at 1130 hours on the same day.
