Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through the e-PACS System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of radiology equipment. This procurement (Tender No. HCP/FGP/C(FGM)-II/ME-240622-2/P03-J) concerns Package No. 03, a portable ultrasound and echocardiography system to be provided on DAP basis for the establishment of a Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. The estimated cost of the project is approximately 50 million Pakistani rupees, with a bid security requirement of 400,000 rupees and a bid validity period of 180 days.
All intending bidders are required to register on ePACS to be eligible for participation in this procurement. Bidders must obtain detailed RFP documents and bid documents from the PPRA portal at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk or through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Federal (PPRA) website at http://ppra.gov.pk. The bid security must be furnished as required, and bids will be evaluated according to the prescribed bidding procedure using competitive bidding methodology.
Technical and Financial Proposals submitted in accordance with the RFP instructions must be uploaded on ePACS on or before 28 July 2026 at 03:00 PM. Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Any proposals received through modes other than ePACS will not be considered. In case the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening.
