Description / Scope of Work
The Secretariat of the Council of Common Interests (CCI), Government of Pakistan, has reserved funds for procurement planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for consultancy services through the e-Procurement system. This pre-qualification notice covers eligible payments under the contract for consultancy services with reference PS4875, to be procured through a Single Stage One-Envelope Principal Method of Procurement employing the Quality Based Selection (QBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the Authority from time to time. The procurement is being undertaken at the federal level from the Secretariat office located at the 5th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pakistan Secretariat.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit proposals accompanied by appropriate bid security in the form of a Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. Consultants and firms are advised to review the detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements available on the e-Procurement system. Manual submission of RFPs shall not be entertained, and bidders not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register at the provided portal.
The bidding documents containing complete procurement details are available on EPADS v2.0 and the PPRA website. All RFPs must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 2:30 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 3:00 PM. Interested bidders should refer to the Bid Security Section in the bidding document for compliance requirements. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement, with notification copies available on the PPRA website and Authority portal at www.ppra.org.pk.
