For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Karandaaz Pakistan seeks a consulting firm or research organization to assess asset utilization and measure early outcomes across its women's economic and digital inclusion portfolio.
This is a fixed-price contract requiring specialized expertise in portfolio evaluation, gender-focused economic initiatives, and digital inclusion metrics. The compressed timeline (less than three weeks from issuance to close) and the focus on outcomes measurement suggest Karandaaz expects bidders with demonstrable prior experience in similar assessments. Bidders should be prepared to articulate methodology for tracking asset deployment efficiency and early-stage impact indicators within women-centered development programs.
Who can bid: The notice specifies selection per Karandaaz Pakistan's own Procurement Policies and Procedures but does not detail explicit registration requirements. Typically, bidders for such research and assessment contracts must hold valid NTN registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and SECP registration if registered as a company. Relevant experience in portfolio evaluation, outcomes measurement, and gender or financial inclusion programming is essential. Bidders should verify current procurement policies with Karandaaz directly.
