Description / Scope of Work
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is inviting quotations for professional event coverage services comprising video products and photographs for an event scheduled on 21 and 22 July 2026 in Islamabad under the AFSLM (Action on Fair and Safe Labour Migration) project. The assignment requires production of professional video products that document the event, communicate key messages and highlight efforts to advance fair recruitment, safe labour migration and protection of migrant workers. The videos will be utilized across ILO communication platforms, donor visibility products and other outreach materials. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive professional videography services throughout the event duration and undertake post-production editing to deliver finished video content suitable for multiple distribution channels.
Eligible bidders must possess proven experience in professional videography and event documentation. Applicants should demonstrate previous work in producing high-quality video content for international organizations and professional communication materials. Basic registration level is required on the UN Global Marketplace portal. Bidders are expected to submit quotations that clearly specify deliverables, timeline for post-production completion and technical specifications of equipment to be used.

Interested suppliers must submit their expressions of interest and quotations online through the UNGM portal. The deadline for submission is 08 July 2026 at 01:59 GMT+2:00.
