Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), located at Quaid-e-Azam University Campus in Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for a one-year closed framework agreement to provide photocopying services. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Rule 16(A) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. This is a service-based tender open to firms registered with the sales tax department and holding a national tax number (NTN), with offices or setups established in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The scope of work encompasses the provision of comprehensive photocopying services to meet the operational requirements of PIDE.
Eligible bidders must be experienced, reputable firms with established offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, registered with the sales tax authority and possessing a valid NTN. Bidders are required to submit evidence of previous reputation and work completion certificates. An earnest money deposit or bid security may be required as per PPRA guidelines. All firms must provide an undertaking confirming they have not been blacklisted by any organization or establishment. Interested firms must submit their sealed technical and financial proposals on or before July 21, 2026 by 11:00 hours. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:00 noon in the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee PIDE in the presence of vendors.
