Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) intends to procure outsourcing of photocopy services for its Regional Headquarters (RHQ) building located at 6-Race Course Road, Lahore, Punjab. The contract shall be awarded on a rate-running basis for an initial period of one year, with the option to extend for a further two years on a yearly performance basis. This is a recurring service requirement for the maintenance and operational support of the NTC's office facilities in Lahore. All reported and relevant experienced firms having substantial prior experience in providing photocopy services and registered with the income tax department are eligible to participate in the tender process. The tender invites bids from qualified service providers who can demonstrate their capability to deliver reliable and cost-effective photocopying solutions to meet the organization's administrative needs.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and hold valid Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN).
