Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the supply of aviation tyres across multiple locations in Sindh and other provinces. The procurement (RFQ No. AM-19769YP, SAP No. 6100017189) covers a total of eight line items including Tyre 315/60R22.5 (18 units across Sukkur and Gwadar airports), Tyre 4.00-8 (9 units for Gwadar and Skardu), Tyre 245/70R16 (13 units for Gwadar, Lahore, and Islamabad), Tyre 195/50R13 C (5 units for Peshawar), to be delivered to aviation facilities at Sukkur Airport, Gwadar Airport, Skardu Airport, Peshawar Airport, Lahore Airport, and Nur Khan Base Islamabad. All tyres must meet specified load indices, ply ratings, and road patterns for designated ground support equipment including aircraft tugs and hydrant carts.
Vendors must be capable of supplying tyres from fresh stock with manufacturing dates not exceeding 12 months at delivery. A comprehensive warranty of one year is mandatory for all delivered tyres. Transportation charges must be included in quoted prices, and acceptance is conditional upon third-party quality inspection arranged by PSO. Bid security and earnest money details are to be specified by qualified vendors. Awards may be made to one or multiple vendors on a line-item basis.
Bid documents must be submitted by 21 July 2026 to Pakistan State Oil Company Limited, PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi-75600. Delivery shall be completed within 90 days of Purchase Order issuance, with partial payments permitted against partial deliveries. Late delivery incurs liquidated damages at 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase order value.
