Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority invites electronic bids for the procurement of 12 brand new unused bus tyres (specification: 1000 x 20TR, 16PR, Steel Radial, 4 liner) with manufacturing date not older than 12 months from delivery. The estimated procurement value is PKR 960,000 including all taxes, with a scope covering replacement tyres for college buses at Govt. College of Technology, Pind Dadan Khan. The tender is issued under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Eligibility is restricted to active tax bidders registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 48,000 (five percent of estimated amount) in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft made payable to the Principal, Govt. College of Technology, Pind Dadan Khan. The bid security must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System before the bid opening. All necessary documents and affidavits, including income and sales tax registration certificates, must be attached with tender submissions.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. Completed bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 09:00 A.M. on 04 September 2026, with bids opening at 09:30 A.M. the same day.
