Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the production of comprehensive point of sale marketing materials for hi-street clusters and PSO retail outlets across Pakistan. This Request for Quotation (RFQ No. LM-19770YP, SAP No. 6100017193) covers twelve distinct categories of promotional and operational materials required to support retail operations and brand visibility. The procurement encompasses flyers, bunting, danglers, sticker posters, trade letters, banners, standees (both X-shaped and roll-up variants), backdrops, trade promotion booklets, t-shirts, and cash memo invoice books in substantial quantities ranging from 40 to 600,000 units per item. All materials must be delivered to PSO House in Karachi, Sindh, with transportation costs included in unit rates.
Quotations must be submitted by interested vendors on or before 21 July 2026 as per the detailed specifications provided for each item. The RFQ specifies material quality standards, printing requirements (predominantly 4x4 color printing), sizes, packing instructions, and finishing details for each product category.
