Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission, an independent regulatory body established under the PHC Act 2010, invites sealed bids for the printing of PHC branded stationery under a framework contract. The tender covers 17 lots of various stationery items with an estimated total cost of Rs 3,873,500 including all applicable taxes. This is a framework contract procurement conducted in Punjab, with the procurement department based in Lahore at 185 Ahmed Block, New Garden Town.
Eligible bidders must be firms, companies or suppliers engaged in printing and stationery supplies, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bid security of Rs 77,470 (equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost) must be submitted or transferred online against a PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit bids through the online Punjab e-Procurement System as per single stage one envelope procedures. Bid validity is 120 days from submission.
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from www.phc.org.pk, http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the procurement department between 20 August 2026 and 3 September 2026 from 09:00 to 17:00 hours. Bids must be submitted by 4 September 2026 at 14:00 hours, with online opening scheduled for 14:30 hours the same day. The procuring agency reserves the right to enhance or reduce quantities and reject all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
