Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids from well-reputed, GST and Professional Tax registered transport firms, transporters and contractors for undertaking hiring of transport services for 47 UAV Squadron on a requirement basis during the financial year 2026-2027 in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement is being conducted according to PPRA Rules 2004. Interested bidders must obtain detailed tender documents containing specifications, description and scope of work from the Executive Officer, 47 Squadron, PNS Mehran, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi upon payment of a tender fee of Rs. 10,000 during working hours between 09:00 and 13:00 hours before the closing date.
Eligible bidders must be GST and Professional Tax registered firms or contractors. The tender must be accompanied by a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the total bid value as refundable earnest money in favour of CO 47 Squadron; cheques will not be accepted. The tendering process adopts a single-stage two-envelope system where technical bids are opened first and evaluated for capability, with rejected bidders returned along with their unopened financial bids. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened and evaluated, with the contract awarded to the financially lowest declared bidder in compliance with tender documents. Shortlisted bidders must obtain security clearance from Pakistan Navy as per procedures, and all government taxes shall be deducted as per rules.
All bids must reach the Executive Officer's office by 11:00 hours on 22 July 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 hours the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend. The contract will be valid from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027 and will be issued by the Commanding Officer 47 Squadron after approval from HQ COMPAK.
