Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad (QAU), a leading research institution in Punjab province, invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of equipment, materials, and related services under IFB notification 008-A(C) issued for the fiscal year 2026. The scope of work encompasses supply and installation of specified equipment with an estimated tender value of PKR 1,000,000 or more, subject to terms and conditions outlined in the detailed tender documents. The procurement is to be completed in Punjab province with delivery and commissioning at designated university locations. Qualified bidders must possess valid business registration certificates, sales tax registration, and relevant experience in similar procurement work over the preceding five to ten years. Preference may be given to bidders meeting value addition criteria and technical competence requirements as specified. Bid security equivalent to 2-5 percent of the tender estimate is mandatory, along with submission of audited financial statements for the last three years demonstrating financial capability. Tender documents are available from the university's procurement department or official portals upon payment of requisite document fees. Sealed bids must be submitted by 1100 hours on July 22, 2026 at the specified location, with public opening on the same day.
