Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau invites bids for the hiring of photocopy services at its offices in Lahore, Punjab. The service is required at NAB Office Lahore and Accountability Courts Lahore, with potential extension to NAB Complex Thokar Niaz Baig and other designated locations as needed. The contract period is valid for one year until 30 June 2027, with possibility of extension for the financial year 2027-2028 subject to fund availability and vendor consent. The service provider must quote rates in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes for four categories: single-side black and white copying and double-side black and white copying, each available with or without provision of A4 70 gm paper and F4 70 gm paper by the firm.
Bidders must meet mandatory technical requirements including valid NTN registration certificate, GST registration certificate, non-blacklisting certificate, and Punjab Revenue Authority registration. A pay order or earnest money of Rs 200,000 in the name of the Additional Director (Administration) is required. Bidders must demonstrate active taxpayer compliance status as verified on the FBR website and possess a minimum of two years relevant experience in photocopy services. Failure to provide all quoted rates will result in bid rejection.
Service providers must strictly maintain confidentiality of all documents and ensure continuous machine operation with immediate repair or replacement at their own cost to prevent inconvenience. Personnel deployed to operate machines must be named with full particulars, and any personnel changes require notification. Electronic gadgets including telephones, USB devices, and cameras are prohibited to maintain document security. Violation of confidentiality terms will result in contract termination, forfeiture of earnest money deposit, and legal action. All bid documents should be obtained and submitted as per the tender procedures outlined in the notice.
