Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Board of Revenue, Revenue Division, Pakistan invites sealed bids through national competitive bidding for authorization of vendors to supply, install and maintain production monitoring systems in the household electronics sector. The authorization will be valid for three years from the date of authorization. This is a critical procurement initiative aimed at enhancing production monitoring capabilities across Pakistan's household electronics manufacturing sector at the federal level. The scope encompasses the complete life cycle management of production monitoring systems including supply of equipment, professional installation services, and comprehensive maintenance support throughout the authorization period.
Eligible vendors must meet specified technical qualifications and financial criteria to be considered for authorization. Bidders are required to provide evidence of relevant experience in supply and maintenance of production monitoring systems or similar industrial control equipment. A bid security will be mandatory as per the National Standard Bidding Documents. Vendors must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or hold valid registration from relevant trade and industrial authorities. All bidders must comply with the requirements specified in the procurement documents including technical specifications, performance standards, and service level agreements.
Interested vendors may obtain complete bidding documents from the Revenue Division office or download them from the official portal as per the procurement schedule. Sealed bids must be submitted at the designated office of the Revenue Division before the closing date of July 27, 2026. Bids will be opened on the specified date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
