The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through electronic procurement system E-PADS 2.0 for the execution of multiple infrastructure development and construction works across Sindh province. The invitation encompasses a comprehensive portfolio of projects including provision and laying of turf paver from various locations, sewer line work, water supply schemes, road construction, building rehabilitation, and related civil works at different sites within the province. The estimated scope and value of individual works range substantially, with cumulative project coverage spanning multiple towns and districts across Sindh. Bidders must be registered as C-4 category contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or equivalent relevant certification for the specified nature of work. Bid security must be provided in the form of a paid order, CDR (Certificate of Deposit Receipt), or bank guarantee mentioning the name of the contractor's firm and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. The security and tender documents are to be submitted before the deadline stipulated, with scanned copies to be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0 portal. Bidders can obtain complete bidding documents online from the E-PADS 2.0 portal (https://eproc.gov.pk) by paying the non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited through pay order or CDR. Bid submission shall be conducted entirely electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system with no alternative submission methods accepted. The bid opening is scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the office of the General Manager (Engineering) at PIDCL, Bathyra Complex IV, 6th Floor, East Block Gizri, Karachi.
