Description / Scope of Work
The Public Works Department (PWD) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government invites bids for annual maintenance and repair works of government buildings during the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender encompasses maintenance, repairs, and minor restoration of various government-owned structures and facilities across the province. The works are scheduled to commence from 01-07-2026 and conclude by 30-06-2027. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in sealed envelopes by the closing date of 21-07-2026, with bid opening scheduled thereafter. The estimated project value and scope include multiple maintenance contracts valued at Rs 502 thousand and above as per the classification and requirements detailed in the tender documents.
