For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
District Police Officer Lower Kohistan seeks a vehicle repair and maintenance contractor for 2026-27, covering spare parts supply and servicing for their fleet in KPK.
This appears to be a recurring annual or multi-month contract rather than a one-off job. The 2% call deposit and 10% security deposit requirements suggest moderate contract value. Eligibility is tight — bidders must hold current tax registrations and clean blacklist status. The single-envelope bidding method and 09:00 AM submission deadline indicate a straightforward procurement, though the notice does not specify estimated vehicle count, contract duration, or service scope in quantitative terms.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (Income Tax) and Provincial Sales Tax Department and must not appear on any blacklist. Attested copies of registration certificates are mandatory. All applicable federal and provincial taxes will be deducted from invoices. Typically, vehicle maintenance contractors also require business registration with relevant provincial authority and valid business license.
