Description / Scope of Work
Earnest Money (Call Deposit): All interested bidders must submit a refundable call deposit of Rs. 5,000 in the name of the Principal one day prior to the auction date. Without this, entry to the auction is barred.
Auction Basis: The tree will be auctioned on an "as is, where is" basis.
Payment: The successful bidder is required to pay the full auction amount immediately after the bidding process concludes.
Removal Deadline: The tree must be cut down and removed within 3 days. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of Rs. 2,500 per day.
Forest Department Charges: The successful bidder must additionally pay Forest Duty at Rs. 20 per cubic foot and Forest Development Fund at Rs. 40 per cubic foot.
Regulations: Tree cutting and transit will strictly follow the rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Forest Department.
College Entry Restriction: Only individuals carrying their original CNIC (with a photocopy) and the Rs. 5,000 call deposit slip will be allowed inside the college premises. Unrelated persons are strictly prohibited.
Inspection: The tree can be inspected on-site during official working hours.
