Police Training School (PTS) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids on a framework contract basis for the procurement of various goods and services for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated cost for this comprehensive tender is 36.5 million Pakistani rupees, covering 22 different categories of supplies and services ranging from hot and cold items, motor oil, printing materials, stationery, computer stationery, sports equipment, tent and tarpaulin items, repair services for transport and machinery, furniture and fixtures, plant and machinery, training aids, medicines, and computer hardware and software. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is being advertised through both the PPRA website and ePADS portal for maximum transparency and competitive bidding.
Eligible bidders must be firms or traders engaged in trading and registered with the Taxes Department for income tax, sales tax, and Punjab sales tax purposes. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 3 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order or bank draft made in favour of the Principal Police Training School. Upon selection, successful bidders must deposit an additional performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of the total contract value. All products and services supplied must comply with PSQCA standards and the Punjab Food Authority Act 2011, including the Punjab Pure Food Rules 2011, along with all other applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations.
Intending bidders may download the bidding documents free of cost from the ePADS portal and PPRA website or obtain them from the office of the Principal at Police Training School (Rawat) Rawalpindi on any working day during office hours up to July 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500. Sealed bids comprising separate technical and financial envelopes must be submitted at the Principal's office on or before July 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with late submissions being rejected. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, while financial proposals will remain sealed until after technical evaluation.
