Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KoFHA), under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the auction of six condemned and unserviceable vehicles on an as-is, where-is basis in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. The vehicles to be auctioned include one Suzuki Margalla Car (1995, reserved price Rs 250,000), one Toyota Corolla Car (1996, reserved price Rs 500,000), two Suzuki Vans (1996 models, reserved prices Rs 250,000 and Rs 200,000 respectively), one Sunny Nissan Car (2005, reserved price Rs 800,000), and one UNIQUE UD70 motorcycle (2007, reserved price Rs 15,000). All vehicles are located in Karachi, Sindh province. The auction is being conducted under rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 for the disposal of beyond economical repair assets.
Bidders must be Pakistani individuals, firms, or companies registered with the Income Tax Department and listed as active taxpayers with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Each bidder must provide a valid CNIC, NTN, or registration certificate and must not be blacklisted by any government organization. A refundable bid security of Rs 50,000 per vehicle and Rs 5,000 per motorcycle is required, to be submitted as a pay order from a scheduled bank with minimum AAA-rating located in Karachi, in favour of Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority. Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles on any working day between 0930 and 1530 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Sealed bids must be submitted on 24-7-2026 at 1100 hours at the office of the Manager (Admin), KoFHA, Chashma Goth, Deh Rehri, District Malir, Karachi. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the Committee Room of the Administration Building in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the KoFHA and PPRA websites. KoFHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004, and the Authority's decision shall be final and binding.
