Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Pakistan Post Office Department invites electronic bids for the disposal of official vehicles and motorbikes for the fiscal year 2026-27 through open auction on an as-is-where-is basis. This e-auction is being conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. The disposal activity is open to individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, private and public limited companies, holding companies, companies limited by guarantee, state-owned enterprises, non-governmental organisations, and international governmental organisations across Pakistan's Federal jurisdiction.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both income tax and sales tax purposes, and must maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List at the time of bidding. Professional Engineering Council (PEC) registration may be required if the disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works in addition to vehicle disposal. No manual bids will be accepted; all participation must occur online through registered EPADS v2.0 accounts. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing deadline.
The e-bidding documents containing full terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available exclusively to registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and can be located using Disposal Activity ID D10609. The e-auction remains open until Friday, September 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online evaluation scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. The bidder submitting the highest offer will be automatically selected as the winner by the EPADS v2.0 system. Grievance redressal committee notification is available on the EPADS portal and the procuring agency's website.
