Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) invites registered bidders to participate in an online e-auction for the disposal of public assets through the EPADS v2.0 platform. This invitation is open to individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, state-owned enterprises, and NGOs registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and maintaining an Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. The disposal activity is identified by Disposal Activity ID D10564 and is conducted in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders must be registered with FIA prior to submitting bids and are required to comply with all specified terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in the bidding documents available on the EPADS v2.0 portal.
Bidders must register on the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement platform to participate. The bidding process follows a transparent online mechanism where interested parties can submit their bids electronically. Bid security requirements and all documentary evidence as per the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024 must be submitted alongside the bid. The process is governed by the Governance Redressal Committee (GRC) as per Regulation No. 26, with notification available on EPADS v2.0 and on the Privatisation Commission's website.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available for download from the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids will remain open until Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM, after which they will be reviewed and evaluated on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing deadline. The bidder submitting the highest offer will be automatically selected as the winner.
