Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a leading gas utility in Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply of manganese plates under Tender Enquiry No. SN-4787/26. This procurement is open to both foreign suppliers and local manufacturers, with bids to be submitted on a single stage two envelopes system comprising separate technical and financial proposals. The tender covers supply of the subject item as per detailed specifications and schedule of requirements outlined in the bidding documents. The tender is issued from the Gas House located at 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, with delivery on DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) basis at UCII Sharif Project.
Bidders must be pre-qualified manufacturers or authorized suppliers with valid registration certificates and relevant tax documentation. A bid bond as per Annexure-II is mandatory and must be submitted in the financial proposal envelope. Only technically qualified bids will have their financial proposals opened in a public ceremony. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date, and bidders are required to fully conform to all technical specifications and terms outlined in Appendix-F.
Bid documents can be obtained from SNGPL's office at the address mentioned above. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 30 June 2026 at 1430 hours to the General Manager (Procurement) at the Gas House, 1st Floor, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 1500 hours. All bidders are required to submit an authority letter as per specimen in Annexure-I to attend the public opening.
