Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) invites annual tender bids for the procurement of general store items and cost of other store items for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree through framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers the supply of various general store materials required for the operation of both healthcare facilities located in Punjab province. Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria including possession of a valid National ID Card (NADRA), minimum one year of experience in supplies to government or autonomous institutions, and valid registration with relevant tax authorities including National Tax Number, General Sales Tax certificate, and Professional Tax certificate. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price is required in the form of pay order, bank draft, deposit at call, or irrevocable bank guarantee made payable to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology.
