Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement of supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of imported medical furniture (Package No. 8, Lot-B) on DAP basis for the establishment of a 200-bedded Mother and Child Hospital and Nursing College in District Bahawalnagar, Punjab. This is a re-tender for the procurement of medical furniture required to furnish the new healthcare facility. The project is located in Bahawalnagar district and represents a significant infrastructure investment in maternal and child healthcare services in the region.
All interested bidders must register on the Electronic Procurement and Acquisition System (EPADS) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to participate in this procurement. Bidders are required to submit original bid security in the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP on or before the bid submission date and time. Scanned copies of bid security documents must also be attached with the technical bid submitted on EPADS. Any bid submitted without original bid security will be rejected. The evaluation will be conducted on the basis of the complete package including all items of all lots, and firms must quote all lots and all items to remain eligible.
Bidders should obtain the complete RFP documents from the EPADS portal at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 15:30 HRS PST on 27th July 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 16:00 HRS PST at the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives. This procurement is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
