Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of simulators (Package No. 51) on DAP (Delivered at Place) basis for the reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore, Punjab. This comprehensive package covers the complete delivery and setup of simulator equipment required for the hospital's medical training and education facilities. The procurement is being conducted under tender reference HCP/LWH/ME-240626/P51 dated 24th June 2026, and bidding will be conducted through the electronic procurement system (ePADS) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
Bidders must be registered on the EPADS platform at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to participate in this procurement. A scanned copy of the original bid security must be submitted with the technical bid on EPADS, while the original bid security document should be presented at the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. All participating firms are required to quote for all lots and all items within those lots; any firm failing to provide complete quotations will be disqualified. The bidding process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and related government instructions.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADS on or before 14:30 HRS PST on 23rd July 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 HRS PST in the Committee Room at IDAP, Ground Floor, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend.
