Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement of supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of gynaecological simulators (Package No. 52) on DAP basis for the reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement covers all lots and all items within those lots, with bidders required to quote for the entire package to remain eligible for evaluation. The project is part of the hospital reconstruction initiative and will be conducted exclusively through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Distribution System) portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority.
All interested applicants must register on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to participate in this procurement. Bidders are required to submit a scanned copy of original bid security with their technical bid at EPADS, with the original bid security document submitted to the office of General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. The bid security requirement ensures compliance with PPRA regulations and protects the integrity of the bidding process. Failure to submit the original bid security in the prescribed manner will result in automatic disqualification of the bid.
The completed bids comprising both technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 14:30 hours PST on 27th July 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hours PST at the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend.
