Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of meal and food services to LEAS personnel during special duties. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated by ICT Police. This national-level procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract will cover the provision of meals and food items to Law Enforcement Agency Support (LEAS) personnel undertaking special duties in Islamabad Capital Territory.
All bidders must be eligible and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
