Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of meal and food services to LEAS personnel during special duties. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated by ICT Police. This national-level procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract will cover the provision of meals and food items to Law Enforcement Agency Support (LEAS) personnel undertaking special duties in Islamabad Capital Territory.
All bidders must be eligible and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The bid security amount and detailed eligibility criteria are provided in the Bid Data Sheet and the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/55052. All interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
