Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Faisalabad invites electronic bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for procurement and hiring of services related to an operational plan for repatriation of illegal Afghan citizens and POR card holders in District Faisalabad, Punjab. The tender comprises four lots with an aggregate estimated cost of PKR 27.5 million: surveillance and security equipment including CCTV cameras, walkthrough gates and razor wire metal detectors (PKR 5 million); vehicles for transportation from Faisalabad to Torkham Border (PKR 10 million); food items including meal boxes, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinking water, juice and snacks (PKR 7.5 million); and tents with complete job, generators, bedding, tables and chairs (PKR 5 million). Bidders may participate in one or more lots, each requiring separate bid security submission.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms, authorized dealers and service providers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and having relevant technical experience and financial capacity for executing similar works or services in government or semi-government organizations. Bidders shall submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and must be registered with the system. The bid security is 3 percent of the estimated cost of each lot, payable through digital banking. All applicable government taxes shall be deducted at source as per prevailing rules. Participating firms must not have been blacklisted by any government department, autonomous body or district administration.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 07.09.2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM by the Tender Opening Committee in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Social Services), Faisalabad.
