For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SNGPL is procuring catering services (lunch, tea, water, fruits) for its cricket team on an ongoing basis.
The contract uses LCBS methodology favoring cost-effective solutions; scope and budget not explicitly stated in the notice. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory. The tight submission deadline (approximately two weeks from notice date) and requirement for bid security may exclude smaller informal vendors. Recurring nature suggests potential for contract renewal if performance is satisfactory. Food safety and hygiene compliance will likely be evaluated as part of technical assessment.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Typically, for non-consultancy catering services, vendors should have valid NTN and be tax-compliant with the Federal Board of Revenue. Past experience in similar food services provision and professional liability insurance are typically required. No specific PEC category applies; however, standard vendor registration and good standing with relevant authorities is expected.
